The seneos GmbH is looking for reinforcement for the position of Senior Automotive Project Lead for its location in Cologne.

Job Description

• Management of engineering projects starting from requirements elicitation to the SOP
• Organizing, planning and executing complex projects with multiple sub-projects
• Actively driving the project forward and steadily driving decisions
• Monitoring of project deadlines as well as product and project costs
• Clear escalation of target and plan changes to internal and/or external clients and preparation of alternative solutions
• Independently lead from problems to solutions
• Enabling collaboration with the relevant people and teams (e.g Systems, Software, Verification, etc.)
• Prepare and initiate milestone approvals according to project timing
• Work in an international and intercultural context
• Communicate with OEM’s and suppliers
• Ensuring the complete transfer of products into the operationalization and scaling phase

Profil

• A degree in computer science or a comparable degree.
• Senior experience in the environment of project management, ASPICE as well as high affinity to the automotive and IT industry and a high customer and team orientation
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Japanese is beneficial.
